From concept to CAD without redrawing it
Start from structured geometry instead of tracing over somebody else’s sketch.
Exact geometry, not a vectorised guess
Everything is integer millimetres end to end. The DXF is a serialisation of the same numbers on screen, so walls close and rooms meet.
Layers that make sense on import
A-WALL-EXTR, A-WALL-INTR, A-DOOR, A-GLAZ, A-AREA-IDEN, A-ANNO-DIMS, A-ROOF — AIA-style, so it lands in a real drawing set.
Room schedule already done
The PDF carries a room schedule with areas and dimensions, and an area summary you can check against the drawing.
Where it stops
It gets you to a clean starting point. Detailing, annotation standards and the production set are still the job.
