AI floor plan generation for architects
Not a replacement for judgment — a way to burn less of it on the first three schemes nobody keeps.
Explore the option space quickly
Nine solved layouts from one brief, ranked by an objective you can read. Useful precisely because they are not all good — the bad ones tell you where the brief conflicts with itself.
Argue with a scored plan, not a vibe
Every plan carries its own critique across six terms: aspect, adjacency, privacy, daylight, circulation and pinned rooms. When a plan scores badly it names why, e.g. "Pantry is not off the kitchen".
Take it into your own tools
DXF on AIA-style layers, GLB for 3D, and geometry that is exact integers in millimetres — because it was solved, not traced back out of a raster.
Where it stops
Code compliance, structure, services, site and permitting are all still yours. The tool is deliberately a schematic-stage instrument.
